Five exhibition groups worldwide have had a turnover of more than 300 mill Euro in the past year 2007.
Two out of these five leading exhibition companies are German players, Messe Frankfurt ranking no. 3 and Messe Düsseldorf no. 4 on a global scale.
The leading exhibition company is again Reed Exhibitions, followed by GL events, headquartered in Lyon/France. In the running year 2008 the merger of the Paris venues, the company “Viparis” is expected to reach the top flight with a turnover of more than 500 mill Euro.
